ELEMENTS85 AT LINKS
We are delighted to announce that our new Food & Beverage operators, Elements85 will commence on Monday, 1st March.
Their goal is to improve your dining experience and expand the food and beverage offering within the Club. We hope that you will make the team feel welcome as they settle in and you support our efforts to deliver a quality membership experience here at Links.
We have negotiated the continuity of your 10% Members discount on applicable food and beverage purchases, this includes those Members with House Accounts.
Many of you now have house accounts, top up accounts and credits for the driving range and joining fees. We would like to address the ongoing treatment of these separately to ensure clarity.
HOUSE ACCOUNTS
Members who utilise the the monthly House Account credit facility will enjoy an increase in available monthly credit. In addition to the $1000 per month with Links, Elements85 would also like to extend to you a further $1000 credit for purchases within the Food & beverage business.
Expenditure at elements85 will then be consolidated with Links spend at the end of the month, statements will be issued early in the new month with the direct debit processed 20th of the month as it is currently.
TOP UP ACCOUNTS
For those members regularly topping up your account with pre-payments at the Golf Shop you will be able to continue to do so. Please bear with us as we will be exchanging data with Elements85 weekly and updating your balances. The good news is that you will have any disruption to service and we will simply catch you up next visit if you happen to be in debit.
JOINING FEE/RANGE CREDIT
It is our plan to advise Elements85 the available balances for those Members who have more than $50 remaining for you to continue to enjoy this facility in the Bar/Cafe until 31st March. Following 31st March, remaining credits will be available for purchases within the golf business only. Purchase data will be exchanged weekly between the two businesses to minimise disruption throughout March.
We trust that you will continue to support both businesses as we form this exciting new relationship.
